CMB Visions Family Literacy programs are driven by comprehensive, holistic approaches to education in which parents and children learn and grow together by way of reading together. Family Literacy programs address the literacy strengths and needs of the family and community while promoting adult involvement in their children’s education- recognizing adults as a powerful influence on children’s academic success. At CMB Visions Unlimited, our I Read, We Read literacy program also utilizes the reciprocal nature of parent-child relationships. Our program provides both parent-initiated and child-initiated reading activities to support development and help create a strong family bond.
